Our Story
Co-Owner and Executive Chef, Ethan Dillon, has been building his experience and passion for creating unique and mouth watering cuisine for nearly his whole life. When he was a kid, he found joy and excitement watching cooking shows and helping his family in the kitchen. When he was a teenager, he began working for an exquisite company for 5 years that loved him so much that hey paid for his culinary school in Paris, France, to further develop his skills. He has continued to challenge himself over the years and cannot wait to help you curate the perfect menu to celebrate your event!
Co-Owner and Creative Director, Marissa Hansbrough, has been developing her project management and customer service skills with her entrepreneurial spirit since she was 14 years old. She has been I’m the event industry for 7 years on all sides and most recently has been operating 300+ person weddings and corporate events for the last 2 years. Her vision to build your dream event to blow your guests out of the water is full of passion and years of knowledge to execute it! She looks forward to brainstorming every detail with you to bring your event to the next level!
